Q. What are you most proud of in TCG’s work?

I am proud of the uncompromising service we provide to all of our partners day in and day out while knowing that we are making someone’s job less stressful.s.

Q. What are your best capabilities?

My best capability is talking to our partners when they have issues/concerns and taking care of all their needs.

Q. What are some of your most outstanding client successes with TCG?

My most outstanding success with Trust Consulting Group has been the payroll report system we have set-up for our partners and enrolling any newcomers that might be interested.

Q. What do you like best about working with your clients?

I enjoy getting to talk to our partners on a daily basis and seeing the growth of their business as we grow with them.

Q. What do you look for when bringing on new clients?

I look for partners who are searching for a way to make their organizations more efficient. That way they can take care of their customers while we take care of the paperwork.

Q. What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Working alongside my coworkers and management team in order to make our partners happy to have us on board with them.

Q. In 35 words or less, describe your day-to-day role as Partner Advocate.

My day-to-day role as a partner advocate consists of ensuring that each of our partners gets an answer to their inquiries, providing the absolute best customer service, and always trying to keep the growth going for both our partners and ourselves.
