Q. What are you most proud of in TCG's work?
I’m proud that we’ve been able to stick to being a company that puts so much emphasis on helping people, we treat everyone like they are a person and that’s not something you see very often in any business these days.
Q. What are your best capabilities?
My personal best capabilities are just that of being able to help our partners out in any small or large way that I can by being a true team player.
Q. What are some of your most outstanding client successes with TCG?
My best successes happen when I’m working behind the scenes to advocate for our partners with the States to gain as many credits as possible. It may not always be directly accredited to me, but I know I did everything possible to get these small business owners their money, and sometimes that’s all that I need.
Q. What do you like best about working with your clients?
What I like best is when I’m able to talk to them over the phone or in person and we can work together to come to a resolution that will result in them feeling happier after I’m gone.
Q. What do you look for when bringing on new clients?
I look for taking on partners who are excited about bringing brand new changes to their companies and they trust US to help to guide them through this process.
Q. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Coffee and the knowledge that when I’m coming to work, that I’m arriving in a fun and relaxing work environment, which is quite refreshing.s.
Q. In 35 words or less, describe your day-to-day role as Business Segment Manager.
Internally I help the office by resolving internal questions and working with my coworkers to make us more efficient. I also reach out directly to our partners to resolve questions as well as educate them on our business solutions.
