Q. What are some of your most outstanding client successes with TCG?
I think the biggest success has been the creation of the E-Restaurant integration with our system. Our development built it but its been a team effort to get it to our partners and the excitment it has brought to the staff and our partners.
Q. What do you like best about working with your clients?
The ability to make our partners job easier/faster.
Q. What do you look for when bringing on new clients?
Companies that may employ people who've received government assistance.
Q. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
A schedule full of client contacts. Face-to-face meetings are my favorite but back-to-back web conferences and phone calls when I'm in the office is what I define is an exceptional day.

I work with the entire team to ensure the individual needs of our partners are being met on a daily basis.
