The amount of information that is available to anyone at anytime means that you have a very limited time to engage with potential employees and draw them into your organization. Most people spend less than 15 seconds on a web page before they go do something else. 

Yes, you have less than 15 seconds to make sure the reader is going to stay.

We don’t wait for applicants to find you, we go out and find them for you. With many application platforms, it may take 10, 15 or even 20 steps just to complete a simple application. This process is so complicated that many people simple drop out and go look elsewhere. WIth the TRUST application platform your potential employees can complete the entire application process in just a few steps.
